Receptionist


Job Duties:

The Part Time Receptionist must have a professional and friendly demeanor. This person must be able to work independently and be exceedingly well organized, flexible, resourceful, and efficient. This person will perform with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are equally important. We ask the candidate to have at least 1-year experience in an administrative position and have a strong customer service background. Some Accounts Payable experience a plus.

Requirements include (but are not limited to):
• 1-year experience in administrative support.
• Proven organizational skills: Filing, labeling, and general document management.
• An aptitude for technology.
• Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Great communicator with whom a variety of people feel comfortable and relate to.
• Quick learner able to get up to speed on new issues fast and move forward with them independently.
• Detailed planner with the ability to manage large workloads.
• Excellent schedule management skills.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on a team with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Highly organized and motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Keep a clean and neat desk and environment.

Schedule Preference:
• Monday & Wednesday: Afternoons (12pm-5pm)
• Tuesday & Thursday: Full Day (8am-5pm)
• Possible Fridays

Executive Assistant


Job duties:

The Executive Assistant will handle a wide range of responsibilities to support the work of the Company President. This person must be able to work independently and be exceedingly well organized, flexible, resourceful, and efficient. This person will be interacting with key constituents at all levels making the ability to interact with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are equally important.

Requirements:
• 2+ year experience administrative support at the executive level.
• Detailed planner with the ability to structure large and multifaceted workloads in a manageable manner.
• Great communicator with whom a variety of people feel comfortable and relate to.
• Quick learner able to get up to speed on new issues fast and move forward with them indecently.
• Excellent schedule management skills.
• An aptitude for technology.
• Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on a team and a high degree of confidentiality.
• Highly organized and motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Driver’s License and use of own car for possible errands and appointments.
• Real Estate Development experience in Finance or related field.
